20121019- Tesco Cancer fundraising.
Two members of staff at the Montrose Tesco branch collected money for Cancer Research on Friday while sat in a bath of beans. Charity committee members Jenny Shepherd and Amanda Landers each spent two hours submerged in the beans. Cancer Research is Tesco's chosen charity this year and the event was run in collaboration with the Stand Up To Cancer night hosted on Channel 4 on Friday evening.
