“A family day out for a worth while cause” is how we see the Stonehaven Bike Ride. With a choice of routes at 25 & 11 miles. Your chosen ride is over a distance that practically everyone can undertake. It starts and finishes at the Stonehaven Scout hut.
All money raised goes to North East Sensory Services to
help them reach their goal of achieving independence for
blind & deaf people.
A prestigious shield – the Stonehaven Bike Ride
Fundraiser’s Shield – goes to the team (min 2, max 4)
raising the most.

centre in Elgin designed for people with hearing and
sight loss.
Provider of an extensive postal library of talking books
and audio-described videos
Producers of BSL dvd’s
Fully accesable fitness suite
Young Peoples’ Sensory Service, several of whom
regularly use our tandem bikes
Befriending Project for our isolated clients
We also help service users keep up to date with the
latest access technology
We also have an Employment Service, who give clients
help to get back into employment.
